What is PayDo?

PayDo is a service by Paydo services that includes a mobile and web application for faster and easy online purchase of parking tickets in the Republic of Croatia.

Which cities are available through PayDo service?

How to register?

Users can register for the PayDo service by entering all requested information. Registration is confirmed in the activation e-mail that you will receive.

Is registration required?

Registration is not necessary in order to use the PayDo mobile application since you can log in as a guest and skip the registration step.

Why can't I log out as guest?

You can't log out from the PayDo mobile application if you are logged in as guest in order to prevent losing any funds on your account.

How to register if I am logged in as guest?

If you are logged in as guest in your PayDo mobile application, you can register by selecting from the menu > My profile > Register.

What are the PayDo service payment options and whom to contact in case of payment problems?

Pay for PayDo services with credit and debit cards or from your prepaid user account. In case of payment problems, contact the card issuer or PayDo services in the event of a payment from your prepaid user account.

How do I top up my PayDo account?

You can top up your PayDo account through the application by credit or debit card, by downloading a quote and making a bank transfer (Internet banking, at the bank or post office, etc.) or with a PayDo voucher purchased at Tisak newsstands.

Should I receive a receipt for a purchase through PayDo?

For each purchase through PayDo, the user receives a receipt that can be downloaded from the app purchase history and you will also receive a receipt at your e-mail address. If the receipt can't be downloaded and you don’t receive a receipt by e-mail, users should contact customer service.

Do I need to place "something" under the car windshield?

By purchasing a parking ticket through PayDo you enter an electronic information system and the non-materialized parking ticket cannot be made visible when using public parking space.

How to pay for off-street parking?

Before leaving the off-street parking facility, you need to enter the parking card number in the PayDo mobile application or scan the barcode / QR code on the card and make a payment.
After the payment, the application will notify you how much time you have to leave the parking facility.
When leaving the parking facility, scan the parking card at the parking barrier gate and exit the parking facility.

How much time do I have to exit the off-street parking facility?

After the payment, the application will notify you how much time you have to leave the parking facility.

What happens if I don't exit the off-street parking facility within the allotted time (typically 15 min) after making the payment?

You will need to make an additional payment for your existing parking card.

How to get authorized and what is authorization used for?

Authorization is needed to validate entered data for the purpose of granting rights to buy residential parking tickets. The authorization is valid up to 12 months, after which it is necessary to repeat the authorization.

What if my authorization was not approved?

If the authorization is not granted, the user will get more detailed instructions on what to do next on their PayDo web pages.

How is my data protected?

PayDo gives special attention to protecting your data and takes full care of their security. Credit and debit card information is not saved in any form after registration of the bank card through the CorvusPay system. No card data is stored in the PayDo system.
