The use of Paydo services via the PayDo website requires the User to log in to the system using his email address and password specified during the registration process.
To use Paydo services via the PayDo mobile application, the User can also log in to the system as a "guest".
During the registration process and opening of the User account, PS will collect from the User certain personal data subject to Personal Data Protection. During registration, the User is not allowed to use names and nicknames that are owned by third parties, information that is unlawful, damaging, threatening, abusing, harassing, slander or in any way harmful to children and minors. By activating the account, the User accepts responsibility for all activities undertaken while using the PayDo website or PayDo mobile application.
PS reserves the right to decline registration as well as to revoke or deny further use of the User's account without giving the User any reason for the cancellation or denial of use of his account. Any remaining balance on the PayDo account will be returned to the User.
Logging in as a Guest
If the User accesses Paydo services via the PayDo mobile application, the User can also log in as a "guest". In this case, the system does not record the email address, password, and other information entered when registering the User. PS is not liable for any damage that may result from the loss of a mobile device, including, but not limited to, any damage resulting from the loss of any funds on the User's guest account.
Personal data protection and security
PS is obliged not to misuse Users’ personal data. Personal data includes all information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, (e.g., name, email address, home address, etc.). PS is obliged to protect personal data and will collect only basic information about the User, which is necessary for the fulfilment of obligations. All personal data are strictly kept and transferred using encryption over TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and, therefore, cannot be used by third parties.
PS will not submit or reveal personal data to a third party, except in cases where expressly required by law and in cases where this is necessary for the fulfilment of obligations. In the event of any change of personal data (e.g., place of residence, delivery address), which is recorded during the registration process on PayDo Website, the User is required to update the changed personal data. In the event that the User did not update changed personal data on PayDo, PS is not responsible for any difficulties and errors in fulfilling orders and emailing receipts.
Any non-personal data (browser type, number of visits, time spent on site, etc.) that is automatically recorded by accessing PS’s Website may be used by PS exclusively for assessing website use and to improve its content and functionality.
The User’s email address is used by PS only for the purpose of processing PayDo orders and payments of Paydo services.
The above personal data protection provisions refer exclusively to the PayDo Website and PayDo mobile application.
